This hotel smell like mold, we staid in the third floor, the room was dirty the stuff rude, i paid for breakfast for my family of 5 and it turned out that my 12 year old needed tonpay for her, and the food was horrible i DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL

The big reason i booked the location is because of the shuttle service from the airport, mall abd train station. The bed was very hard, the ground was softer. The blanket smelled bad and the AC doesnt work.

Room is ok, but old. It’s close to the airport and shuttle is convenient, but there is nothing around to buy groceries or food other that the hotel restaurant. What bothered me the most was the attitude of the guy at front desk, he was rude and impatient during the check in process.

A Satisfactory Stay in Narita

Our stay was pretty much what we expected - Basic accommodations for the night that met our needs without frills. Walls and carpet were not clean but bed and bathroom were fine. Decent size room. Loved the slippers and cotton shirts. On site restaurant is nice!!

The staff was unhelpful or completely uneducated on its own services. We arrived in the evening and were told there was nowhere in the hotel to get something to eat or drink. After a search, we found a restaurant and a small shop that served hot food
