"We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Nikko Narita, especially because of how convenient the transportation was. The airport-hotel shuttle runs frequently, about every 30 minutes, and there are also complimentary transfers to Narita Station and a couple of scheduled trips to Aeon Mall Narita, which made getting around very easy. The staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent—there is an additional charge, but we felt it was well worth it with the variety and quality of food available. The main downside is that the rooms are somewhat dated and there was no microwave. There also isn’t much to do within walking distance of the hotel, although having a Lawson convenience store on-site was very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again, particularly for the excellent transportation options and friendly service."
