The main reason for this rating was because the breakfast was a voucher for Starbucks, which opened when my flight was boarding so completely pointless. They should consider that with the earliest flights! I was really hungry and spent a load on the plane for a tiny meal. Pod was ok, mattress was very thin so not comfortable, but it was a bed for the night.

This was an awesome place to stay overnight to catch a flight the next day. Clean and quiet. Slippers, sleeping gown, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels provided, and the showers were supplied with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Even ear plugs were free.

Make sure to ask for directions. It is not well signposted from the terminal itself. Otherwise, great!

Convenient location, but staff refused to allow one of my bags into the hotel as it was too tall for the locker. They asked me to go check it into a locker or luggage hold in the airport so I had to return three times as neither option worked due to size of locker or opening hours of luggage hold comany, therefore they allowed me to store it in the foyer of the hotel. When I woke to check out, there were lots of bags stored in the lobby…. Disappointed a hotel wouldn’t accept my baggage multiple times. Also, hotel is clean, but snoring and constantly changing clients means it is noisy.

Staff is amazing and kind, clean facilities, understandable roles in the sleeping pods. My only thing was that the bed is pretty stiff and there is no ac or cooling in the sleep pod. Was hard to get comfortable while sleeping. Otherwise I had an amazing experience.

It really wasn’t clear for me until I booked that this is outside of the airport! I looked on the booking, I researched, and it actually said it was inside security. Once I officially booked it the instructions to check in finally said be prepared to go through immigration. I ended up not staying there. I’m sure it’s great, but note that it is not in the terminal.

Probably the best overnight resting spot for early morning flights, since the earliest trains to airport only starts running at 6 am. However there's really not much to do since most of the shops/eateries are closed since airport operations is not 24 hrs.
