Very nice place. Staff was very nice and it does look like they maybe renovating. For the most part our room was very clean but the first night we noticed sand on the floor. Day 2 after talking to the front desk it was super clean. We liked out little private balcony. We will stay again.

Great location!! Rooms were clean however the balcony and patio areas extremely run down. No amenities available. Lady working front desk not pleasant but male was super nice. Worth the money for location but not much else. It’s a shame as there is so much potential here if they fixed up the outside areas and hired friendly staff.

The staff were very nice and tried hard to please . Room linens were so fresh smelling and clean. We did enjoy our stay for a week. It was affordable. The location was beautiful and so walkable. Breakfast next door. Dinners at coast guard house right across street. Beach across street. Bring your own beach chair. Celeste restaurant next door very good too. A good vacation end of June.

The location is great. However, the website is misleading. The rooms appear much nicer online and in pictures than in person. The “hotel deck” is poorly maintained, and depending on your room location can become a privacy issue. Also, if you’re on the second floor there is no tuning out of the footsteps from the rooms above. Definitely a past its prime spot that needs major overhaul and not worth the price.

All the ice machines were broken. Had to go to the lobby to ask for ice and they have you one bucket. No furniture on the patios. The pool was closed. No restaurants in that hotel. Needs an update badly. Staff was helpful great location

The location to beach was great. Bathroom and bed very clean. Your hotel needs an investor with millions to invest in updates. The ceiling in our room had large stains. The tv didn’t work. The manager had to reprogram the tv. The air conditioner worked for 20 minutes then cut off for the rest of the night. The pool was closed. The dining area was closed. The outdoor area upstairs facing the street had caution tape wrapped around on the railings. Scary! The bed though was comfortable and we slept well.

The property was very clean, and freshly painted. But the front door deadbolt of the room did not lock, and the pool was under construction and could not be used during peak season. This was a disappointing not to have a pool during summer, especially when these rooms were very expensive. There was no restaurant available on the property, secondary to renovations. It was disappointing that the hotel restaurant was closed during peak season. It seems that renovations would be better to perform during off season? I wish that I had known that there was no restaurant nor pool available when I booked this property? Then I would not have stayed there, because the property costs $366 per night. Also, the balcony was useless, which is one amenity that I wanted. The balcony was very small, there were no chairs to sit, and the view was restricted by a closed boarded wooden railing, instead of having a railing that you could see through. Overall, the stay was a disappointment, but I must say that the manager and front office staff tried to help. They gave me a $100 credit, with hopes to make things better. The front desk staff was very friendly when we arrived, but not so much the following early morning at checkout. However, the location was amazing, the beach was beautiful and within close walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants around the property,
