Somethings good

We were checked-in 1 hr earlier - thanks. Requested for additional toilet rolls, which were delivered next day. There were no hand towels, which were also delivered the next day. Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. Nobody at the health centre could provide the pricing. Finally the manager rang back after 3 hours to arrange for an appointment. They did give a small discount for the inconvenience. The dinner lounge is beautiful and the food and the service is very good.

I paid extra for a room with balcony.the hotel didn’t give me any table or chair to sit in the balcony.staff in the reception smiled at me and didn’t say anything. I don’t know what the balcony is for-may be only to stand?

全体的に綺麗で快適だった。朝食はビュッフェスタイルでインド料理のほか、パンやサラダ、フルーツ、ヨーグルトなど日本人でも食べやすい物が充実していた。インド料理は辛い物が多かったが、辛くないメニューも一部取り扱っていた。 客室ではミネラルウォーターが提供され、冷蔵庫もあり、ヘアドライヤーも設置されている。もちろんエアコンやWi-Fiも完備していた。 アメニティは使い捨てスリッパがあって助かるが、ティッシュボックスが無いので注意。
