The best hotel & staff in NYC. We will be returning to this spot and absolutely loved our special stay. Cannot thank you enough.

Noble Den was the perfect spot to lay our heads for our NY trip. Our room was modern and comfortable, the rooftop patio had great views of the city. The staff was so nice and helpful, they even helped get us a car to the airport for way less that Uber or lyft. The location is phenomenal too. Smack dab between Little Italy and China Town and a quick walk to Soho. I think this will be where stay from now on.

Overall, Hotel Park Ave was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the property itself is genuinely lovely. On those fronts, I'd happily recommend it. My one significant complaint: I was overcharged for early check-in. The fee I was billed didn't match what I was quoted, and when I raised it with the front desk staff, they were unable to help resolve it or explain the discrepancy. For a hotel of this quality, I expected the team to be more equipped to handle a straightforward billing question. If the early check-in charge had been handled correctly, or if staff had been able to sort it out, this would be a 5-star review. As it stands, the stay was great but the checkout experience left a sour note.
