We checked in February 13 late that night ,we was put in on the third floor. The room was nice but i did not like the bathroom it was too small especially the shower,been on third floor was not good for me because of my sciatica . So i asked to be move to a lower level which we were put to the second floor,it was nice but when it came to using the bathroom there was a huge water leaking from the ceiling😣had to call front desk to get help.For the breakfast serving can i suggest that it needs to be up grade,for a sample serving salty sausage is not a breakfast .
Breakfast sausage is best every other items was okay. The room that we was put in did not had a fridge nor a microwave, I am not complaining this is me giving my opinion this was my first time staying at your hotel. Me being a #1 (diabetic I take insulin that needs to be keep in a fridge )#2 I had a plate of food went downstairs and asked if it can be warmed up I was told no because it was not allowed🤔🤔but on the third floor had microwave and fridge which did not make know sense to me. Please take in consideration when persons travel and paying their money they are paying for hospitality ,comfort and customer service. They Staff Was Great👍👍
