It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate.

Gostaria de começar falando sobre a recepção, área muito bonita, bem decorada e ótimo atendimento da equipe de recepcionistas. Há uma pequena área compartilhada para quem precisar usar micro-ondas e ferro de engomar. No entanto, é possivel verificar que nas áreas dos quartos, principalmente no prédio anexo, onde ficam os quartos 400 a 700, necessita-se de manutenção urgente, paredes com mofo, elevador muito velho e pequeno. Minha família e eu ocupamos 3 quartos, todos com paredes mofadas. Outra coisa que não me agradou foi o fato de entre um quarto e outro não ser parede de alvenaria, mas de Drywall sem nenhum revestimento acústico. Todas as madrugadas acordava com o choro de um bebê que estava no quarto ao lado do nosso. Além disso, era possível escutar os adultos falando no quarto vizinho. O café da manhã, apesar de gostoso, muito repetitivo, não há variação e poucas variedades. O hotel carece de uma reforma de manutenção visando melhorar. Outra coisa que nao me agradou, o local parece um labirinto, demorei para me acostumar, para ir ao meu quarto precisava pegar 2 elevadores, desnecessário. Acesso à cobertura, muito difícil, necessário subir uma escada que fica numa parte escondida, totalmente íngreme.
