"Infelizmente foi uma decepção. O quarto só possui ar condicionado no quarto que é velho e funciona mal. O vento vai só em uma direção que é em cima de uma das pessoas na cama de casal. O banheiro estava imundo, com aranhas e mosquitinhos. Tivemos que pagar a roupa de cama e banho, porém a tolha de piso estava encardida. "This is an old property but appears they are attempting to make some needed upgrades. At night the hotel has no lights or signage if you are on the beach trying to remember where the hotel is. Overall an adequate, clean place and helpful staff. As usual for South America, many families so don’t expect an adults only experience."

"The property from the outside isn't as nice as it looks on the photos. The hotel is surrounded by empty buildings, who seem to be "waiting" to be destroyed for a new development. They present the nicer rooms on the pictures, but as we checked in, they tried to send us to a building across the road that looked abandoned. Luckily the great staff noticed our worry about being sent there, and gave us a free upgrade. They say you can walk to the shopping mall, but that is not the case. It is not a...

"It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate."
