Excellent stay on Júnior Suite sea front. Room perfect. Amenities top. Overall service excellent except on restaurant from 3rd floor where the services could be faster but Mary is someone very helpful and kind so being on vacation the waiting time was not too much a disappointment .

We stayed there twice. Fist time 4 nights- 1st floor area D. I Didn’t like that area. Close to the kitchen so it was a little warm and smelly. Not in the room though. Good food. Good service. Second time, 1st floor area B. Soo much better. It’s a beautiful hotel.

For the price I definitely expected more, especially when it comes to the food. Breakfast was great (we had the more private breakfast because we payed more for a suite so maybe that influenced that result) but lunch and dinner were par to sub-par in my opinion. A lot of the buffet foods were way overcooked and semi flavorless. When you're spending so much money to have full meal services and you eat food that isn't as good as what you make at home that was for sure disappointing. ... Location and convenience was great, especially with two little kids, but I think I would have enjoyed it more in a hotel that would give a little more effort.

Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations. They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults. It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples. My room was amazing! Everything was nice, clean and well maintained.

The Serbs Natal Grand Hotel provided high quality services to me and their guests. They were welcoming, and made my friend and I feel at home. The hotel is clean, organised and provide great amenities. The restaurants are great, the workers are respectful and respectable. They are professional in all their operation. The people provide a blend of international cuisines with locals. Someone is always ready to assist where there is a need. I love the people. While the service is great at Serhs, when I travel the attitude of the people is everything to me. The workers did not disappoint. They gave the best of the Brazilian culture. The hotel is nice; however, a few things I noticed affected my rating. Despite how nice it looks, it needs renovations. There were many cracks and open areas that needed fixing and remodeling. Two, the sheets and curtains had stains on them, and the cleaning crew does not change the sheets; instead, they make the bed to make it look like they did. Three, despite paying for an all-inclusive package, I had to pay a fee at check-out for the food that I ordered. Lastly, the Wi-Fi signal wasn't been the best.

Visitei o hotel com a expectativa de desfrutar de uma experiência premium, condizente com o posicionamento e o valor cobrado pelo estabelecimento. Infelizmente, a realidade foi de extrema frustração e amadorismo, especialmente em três pontos inadmissíveis para a categoria: 1. Descaso com o hóspede e manutenção negligente Fiquei três dias sem internet no quarto. Durante esse período, fiz mais de oito reclamações no lobby. Em todas as vezes, recebi informações equivocadas e pediam apenas para que eu "esperasse". O absurdo maior ocorreu no final do terceiro dia (segunda-feira de Carnaval), quando um técnico finalmente foi ao quarto e resolveu o problema: era uma simples configuração de Wi-Fi na TV. O próprio técnico admitiu que a equipe não estava disponível antes porque simplesmente decidiram não trabalhar no final de semana do Carnaval. Uma falha de gestão inaceitável. 2. Falta de vontade da equipe e cobranças indevidas Na área da piscina, cheguei a esperar duas horas por uma toalha. Ao reclamar no lobby, a justificativa foi revoltante: não havia falta de toalhas no hotel; a funcionária encarregada simplesmente não quis ir buscá-las no depósito. É um desrespeito tremendo com o hóspede, agravado pelo fato de o hotel cobrar uma taxa de R$ 5,00 pela troca da toalha para entregar esse nível de serviço. 3. Sistema All-Inclusive desorganizado. Fechei o pacote All-Inclusive, mas foi impossível jantar no restaurante Tapiro. O hotel informa oficialmente que não faz reserva
