* Too busy front desk for check in or check out depending on the day , if the hotel is hosting any events . This hotel hosts events be warned. * Room premium suite is very clean and comfortable * Inclusive breakfast: there is one for the general guests and another VIP ( which was included on my reservation) . The food most of the time tasted that it was served from the day before therefore it didn’t taste fresh . There was only one day that the food tasted fresh . It was disappointing. I assume that the hotel is very big and make a lot of food to support the demand and this way the food would not taste great as they keeping serving the same food until it finishes . ( this is in regards to the VIP breakfast) * We had most of our dinners in restaurants around town recommended by locals and chat Gpt . NAU and Camarões were great choices . * Lounging by the pool is a big struggle if you’d like peace and quiet . The music is very laud. However this is a personal preference. I chose to lounge at the beach to stay away from the noise. Lots of people happy and dancing also to a live small band ( by the main pool)which can be nice for people wanting this type of fun. I have nothing against it. * Gym facilities are ok . * It was a nice stay . Probably the best catered around the Natal city .

Excellent stay on Júnior Suite sea front. Room perfect. Amenities top. Overall service excellent except on restaurant from 3rd floor where the services could be faster but Mary is someone very helpful and kind so being on vacation the waiting time was not too much a disappointment .

We stayed there twice. Fist time 4 nights- 1st floor area D. I Didn’t like that area. Close to the kitchen so it was a little warm and smelly. Not in the room though. Good food. Good service. Second time, 1st floor area B. Soo much better. It’s a beautiful hotel.

Thanks to Cicero, we had a great stay at this hotel. He helped us to resolve an issue we had with a room. And after that we could only concentrate on enjoying the beach and all attractions hotel had to offer

For the price I definitely expected more, especially when it comes to the food. Breakfast was great (we had the more private breakfast because we payed more for a suite so maybe that influenced that result) but lunch and dinner were par to sub-par in my opinion. A lot of the buffet foods were way overcooked and semi flavorless. When you're spending so much money to have full meal services and you eat food that isn't as good as what you make at home that was for sure disappointing. ... Location and convenience was great, especially with two little kids, but I think I would have enjoyed it more in a hotel that would give a little more effort.

The Serbs Natal Grand Hotel provided high quality services to me and their guests. They were welcoming, and made my friend and I feel at home. The hotel is clean, organised and provide great amenities. The restaurants are great, the workers are respectful and respectable. They are professional in all their operation. The people provide a blend of international cuisines with locals. Someone is always ready to assist where there is a need. I love the people. While the service is great at Serhs, when I travel the attitude of the people is everything to me. The workers did not disappoint. They gave the best of the Brazilian culture. The hotel is nice; however, a few things I noticed affected my rating. Despite how nice it looks, it needs renovations. There were many cracks and open areas that needed fixing and remodeling. Two, the sheets and curtains had stains on them, and the cleaning crew does not change the sheets; instead, they make the bed to make it look like they did. Three, despite paying for an all-inclusive package, I had to pay a fee at check-out for the food that I ordered. Lastly, the Wi-Fi signal wasn't been the best.

A infraestrutura para crianças é muito boa. Viajamos com bebê de 9 meses. A equipe é muito prestativa. Destaques: Cícero, que está sempre presente nos restaurantes, super simpático e atencioso e o chef do restaurante (acho que Erivaldo), excelentes. Problemas: acessibilidade para carrinhos de bebê é ruim, com muitos desníveis. Mas o pior é que eles vendem (pelo menos no Expedia) como all inclusive, mas muitos itens são cobrados à parte. Exemplo: no restaurante japonês, estão incluídos alguns sushis, mas sashimis são cobrados à parte. Nos outros restaurantes (menos o de buffet), metade dos itens está fora do all inclusive. Deveria ser mais explícito sobre isso já reserva. O hotel não é 5 estrelas. A qualidade de toalhas, roupa de cama e itens de banho é somente razoável. É um 4 estrelas baixo. De qualquer forma, valeu a visita.

Petit déjeuner excellent et personnel sympathique, très serviable. Juste un petit problème avec la climatisation dont la régulation ne semblait pas très bien fonctionner mais ça a pu aller. Piscine chauffée très appréciable. Le système de clé par bracelet pour la chambre est très pratique.

Prepare-se para pagar R$44 por CADA foto DIGITAL tirada pelos fotógrafos do local. Um valor absolutamente absurdo já que não há opção de comprar o pacote de fotos completo por um valor mais aceitável. Se tirar mais de 50 fotos, acaba saindo mais caro que uma diária na suíte mais cara do hotel. Nota zero. É o serviço de fotos mais caro do mundo. O sehrs inclusive realmente é muito bom. Quem pega suíte ainda ganha um café da manhã vip que é muito mais gostoso por ser reservado e em outro local. Minhs criticas além da questão da foto é que a comida pedida na beira da piscina demora muito pra chegar e toda comida, em qualquer um dos restaurantes ou bares, chegará de morna pra fria, mesmo as que estão disponíveis no buffet com aquecimento. Outro ponto foi ter que implorar todos os dias pelo reabastecimento do frigobar com água porque simplesmente não era feito junto do serviço de limpeza diário.
