Natalia, Texas hotel rooms at the Best Western

"Hey Folks, posting this to help fellow travelers know that this hotel may not be posh, but it is certainly family oriented and will do whatever it is to make your stay enjoyful. We went for a quick trip to Sea World with our youngest-13, and the room was clean, the breakfast was filling with waffles, sausage, and eggs. All staff so nice. Another thumbs up for Jerry. Well done!"

"Hotel was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! They should have closed down for renovations. They put us on a floor filled with cation tape and caulk. When I stepped off of the elevator I stepped right into putty to put new floors on. Ruined my $1100 shoes and all the said they would do is refund my room. They also said the general manager would call me which of course I never received a call from. Marriott has enough money to where they should have closed that floor for renovations. "

"Shuttle to sea world was great! Rooms were ok but definitely not as clean as other hotels. Doors(entering room) have large gaps! Friendly staff!!!"

"This is a well maintained, older motel. It has two floors but no elevator. Corridors are external, but face the interior surroundings the pool. The room was very clean and modern. Breakfast area was also clean with nice furniture. Good selection of foods to include proteins."

"Great resort! We loved the pool area, and the heated pool and lazy river were actually warm, which felt amazing during our chilly spring break. Perfect for a Texas spring break when the weather isn’t hot yet."
