Rooms are very clean and a good location. The only drawback was the bed was pretty small for somebody. My size I’m 5’8 225 pounds. But good location very quiet right off the highway and close into town to visit things like H-E-B Whataburger, fast food even local gyms as well.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Location is ideal for anyone wanting to get the experience of San Antonio. Pretty much close to everything using the hwy which is close to the hotel. Very quiet area even with hwy close by.

Breakfast was normal, my room that me and my spouse had booked had to get changed due to the bathroom sink drain plug not working. They did transfer us to the room next door with no problem from 206-208 which was way better, si thank you for that. Otherwise pretty good normal stay

Hallways were gross, stains everywhere, beds were very uncomfortable, small and hard. bed nook by window and one of beds had food on it, hot tub didnt work so they call it a bubbling pool, breakfast not good. Lady who checked us in not that friendly but guy who checked us out awesome. Tv didnt work right due to a dog or something eating the remote. Will never choose best western again., shower not hot,

The hotel was nice, my room was clean, the fridge and microwave were clean and in working order. The only complaint would be the hallway carpets were filthy, need to be shampooed. Staff was friendly from check in to check out, breakfast was standard but not bad. WiFi worked well.

It was ok.

Been here a few times. The staff was friendly. Location is very convenient to Sea World, restaurant, and Walmart/ Costco. Breakfast was always good (need works on the eggs). The rooms have been renovated but it’s all cosmetic. Some of the outlets and lights don’t work, the tv remote works but not for the same tv. Our room seems clean till you look around. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt still inside. The mirror was smudge. Some season they use tiny square pillows. The a/c was loud and old with a smell. Honestly, we wouldn’t stay there if it wasn’t for the location.
