“Avoid the hotel if you are looking for a clean and river frontage property as they cannot guarantee you a view room even if you booked and paid in advance. Hotel is dated, air conditioner filers thick with dust (we cleaned them) and breakfast controlled buffet with little choice and small portions. Front desk experience poor, staff who claimed lost booking, no rooms we pre available paid for available and does not guarantee poor skills. Didn’t feel like the customer but a burden. Poor skills....

“Friendly and helpful staff”

“The staff were extremely helpful! However, the room was dreadful. The USB ports for charging our phones didnt't work, the toilet seat had all the paint peeling off & needs replacement. And the toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. The owner needs to sort it out asap!! Overpriced too!!!”
