"We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites—truly a 10/10 experience and we would absolutely stay here again! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were great and everything felt fresh and well maintained. It was also very quiet at night, which made it easy to relax after a full day exploring Lancaster County. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the beautiful indoor pool area. It was very clean and well cared for, and it was such a nice place to unwind. You can tell the hotel takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. Breakfast in the morning was another highlight. There were plenty of options and everything was well stocked, making it a perfect start to the day. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Amish Country and close to shops, markets, and great restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, wonderful staff, and a perfect location. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Lancaster / Intercourse area!"

"#1The bathtub Spicket didn’t just drip…it ran continually, hot water. This is something that the housekeeping should’ve picked up on. When you turned the water on to shower, black water came out until it ran for a while. I did notify the front desk when checking out regarding this. #2 we had a king size bed, but the pillows were too small. They didn’t go with the bed at all."

"It was so much fun to stay in a caboose! The accommodations were great—simple, clean, had everything we needed. The staff was so attentive. We were running late, and Christine stayed to wait for us. The restaurant was lovely as well, with great service and food! I can’t wait to come back and try another caboose!"

"The hotel was very clean and staff was great. This hotel is located along Route 41 that has loud trucks all night long. One of my worst nights sleep ever. Would not go back unless I got a room at back side of the building which hopefully wouldn’t be nearly as loud. "

"The room was clean, we had to reach the staff by phone, but they were very kind and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay with them. I appreciate that they have a table and 2 chairs that we can sit at to enjoy eating at or playing games with each other."
