"Lovely hotel great location inside the resort world shoping centre. And 2 minutes walk to NEC exhibition centre very handy and great location . Lots of restraints and pubs. And you can get a train into Birmingham city centre from the NEC centre takes 10 minutes. And a free shuttle service from Birmingham Airport to NEC centre and it only takes 2 minutes walking to hotel. Ovall 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Resort. Very expensive to eat out and buy drinks. So bring plenty off cash. Not all restrant take cash so bring card as well."

"Stayed over night and attended an awards night on site. Form the welcome to the rooms to the food and service we had nothing to fault. Our only annoyance was the £15 parking charge which really ought to be free for guests staying the night."

"clean room and comfortablebed, bathroom shower not so well maintained as there was a lot of mould and the drain cover was misplaced. Restaurant was pleasant and dinner was ok. The location was very convenient for the Milenium point."

"The Staff were excellent, friendly, professional, lovely. The barman we met, sorry we did not take names, was so knowledgeable, made our visit extra special. Then the dining experience made us feel very special, very attentive, polite service from the team. The breakfast was awesome, all the ladies working there were so nice, superb. We also had the pleasure of meeting a lady working at the bar, remember her name, she did write it down, Sabina had a beautiful smile and chatted to us before leaving the hotel. We would like to visit again soon."
