"Tried to tell me i couldnt check in even though check in time is until 3am. Very rude desk lady. The room is old. And smelt like Raid or maybe lije they had bombed the room for bugs. But didnt change sheets after. I had to slerp on pillows and blankets that smelt like raid. I had a horrible headache all night from it. They refused to do anything aboyt it and got mad that i even said something about it! Hotels.com should remove them from your list of hotels to save your integrity because they...
