"Nice stay at this hotel - overall the decor is a tad dated and could do with an uplift but hit said not take from the overall comfy and cosy stay and experience. Quality of bedding was excellent and I have to commend all and every staff I dealt with from check in through to breakfast staff and evening ba staff ( Harrys Bar) - everyone was super helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Truly!"

"Good location, but probably wouldn’t stay here again. After checking into my room I noticed the toilet was clogged and as was the sink. Then the bed frame and headboard were torn up on the sides. The bedding was just a sheet (no fitted sheet) and a comforter, which is kinda odd as I’ve never see that before. The walls are very thin and you hear everything and when I say everything I mean it (if you get what I’m trying to say). The lobby and restaurant are nice, but other than that I don’t think it is worth price if you are checking into a room and these issues are there. "

"Parking onsite was great. Lift was broken, which was unfortunate, but helped get our steps in. Location is pretty far from city center, need to taxi in. Penthouse beds were not King size as stated on website (unless the US has their own version of King size beds, they were probably a Queen). Well supplied and good value for cost. "
