“I was staying in the room which has a sea-view. When I go out, I opened the door in the room, however there was a big problem due to opening the door. The humidity is extremely high in this area, so my room was wet from a floor to the ceiling. So, I requested to change the room and they treated as fast as they can, and I got the room on the ground floor which also has a sea-view. Almost everything I enjoyed in this resort was perfect and I loved it, so I will re-visit this resort within this...

“This place was amazing. Private beach for the hotel stay, gorgeous pools- including infinity pool. Staff amazing and the room had an amazing view. I think all rooms have great views, our room was right near the pools so easy to walk to restaurant, beach. Recommend! ”

“Great location with all needed for a night stay. May be can provide toothbrush/paste, and a hand soup at tiolet will improve the experience. Hotel locate near 3 shopping mall and eaties and massage shop”

“Have stayed at this building many times, this host is very annoying, so many messages just to get our entry card details from the post box which is normally a super simple process via other host. Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility. ”
