Wonderful ski hotel

Great friendly service, and walking distance to the slopes. Only wish there were more restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms need a little refresh as well

The hotel manager and employees are not doing their jobs. No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. Even so re s we, when we complained the hotel manager said it was our fault. All other people at the hotel were paying much less because they didn’t book through Expedia. The hotel manager said that they couldn’t adjust the price and I never receive the bill or receipt but I was charged automatically instead of charging my credit card in front of me at check out.

Séjour agréable

Bel emplacement pour cet hôtel situé à 150 m du télésiège Esquiros. Une navette est mise à disposition des clients mais il est également possibilité de faire le trajet à pied en empruntant un petit sentier très bien aménagé le long de la route. Accueil et service sympathiques. Espace piscine petit mais agréable après une journée de ski.

Lo único destacable la ubicación , no tiene nada de un 4 estrellas ... el servicio de comedor nefasto amabilidad brilla por su ausencia en la persona encargada, no pidas nada que no va a hacer nada para complacer a un cliente que paga una media de 550€ / noche en su hotel .. una vergüenza..

Hôtel à eviter !!!

Chambre correcte mais petit-déjeuner de piètre qualité (jambon industriel, oeufs sur le plat pas dignes d’être servis, plus de tomates pour toaster le pain nous a-t-on dit, ...). Serveur parfaitement désagréable et impoli. Tables du salon pas nettoyées au moment de l’apéritif (cacahuètes sur les tables). Vu la piètre qualité du petit-déjeuner, restaurant à éviter. D’ailleurs, ça doit se savoir, il n’y avait pas un client, contrairement à ce que sous-entend la réception qui recommande fortement de réserver sa table pour éviter toute attente ! L’hotel prend en plus les gens pour des imbéciles. Hôtel globalement vieillot (salon défraîchi, salle à manger idem), espace piscine plus que réduit avec un sol trés glissant et dangereux. Pas agréable du tout. Ah j’oubliais, un membre du personnel passait la serpillière et l’eau de javel au bar (avec le seau en plein milieu) au moment où les clients prenaient l’apéritif au salon. Quelle classe pour un soi-disant 4 étoiles !! À éviter, vraiment !!!!!

Hemos pasado cuatro días maravillosos. El hotel, es perfecto, el personal un encanto. Situado al lado de pistas y te llevan y recogen en las mismas. Volveremos sin duda. Muy recomendable.
