"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "This is our second time coming back to stay at this beautiful hotel while in Cartagena. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced considering the high quality. We like the location as it is close to tour companies, shopping and restaurants. You can also easily hail a cab to go to the old city. Regarding the rooms, they are always immaculately clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the service is always excellent. What's not to like???"
