"The thermal spa pass was well worth it and I felt the spa area was well maintained. The room was spacious but a little run down. I appreciated the 2 still waters available in the room, the cozy robe, and the really nice toiletries. There were a ton of options at breakfast and it exceed me expectations as far as quantity. The staff was really professional, attentive, and kind. Overall a great last night in the area before flying out."

"The whole hotel was amazing we had a spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy from the pool, the outdoor park and outdoor games to the board games supplied. The breakfast was lovely with lots of selection and everything was warm. We ate in the bar twice and everyone loved the food. Would definitely return."

"Hotel was lovely and staff welcoming. Not great selection for food in bar... asked before arriving and when i was there if we could book table in bar for evening meal. Was told no. Then when we went that evening we were told that we mitnt get table as there were other bookings before us. Pool was good but very busy and noisy with kids swimming lessons on"

"The whole experience was magical, all the staff were so friendly and attentive made me feel like royalty. The room and surrounding amenities at the spa which were right next to the rooms were fantastic. On my next visits which hopefully will be soon, a visit to the Treatment Rooms will be a must. The entrance hall took my breath away as I entered looking for the reception totally wasn't what I expected from outside. Very peaceful surroundings and if you like golf your laughing 😂"
