Really lovely apartment. The staff member who checked us in was really friendly and helpful. She arranged transfers to and from the port for us which made it so easy. There is daily housekeeping and the rooftop pool is lovely and well maintained. It is a little bit out of the busy town centre but only 10 minutes walk to the beach. There’s also supermarkets just 5 minutes away. Would happily stay again

It was a lovely room with a beautiful pool. It was about 10min -20min walk to most things (supermarket, beach, restaurants). If you want to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, you will like this property.

The hotel was amazing, loved the architecture. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and city. The only thing that sucked were the WiFi. That was a disaster.

Türklinke fehlte, Armaturen in Bad defekt. Benutzung 24/7! Sollte man wissen, wenn man darunter wohnt.

Go somewhere else! The room and hotel is nice enough however it’s in the middle of nowhere. We referred to the place as going back to the “getto”! The listing says 2 minute walk from the port, it’s more like 22 and up hill and difficult to find. Told I was negative when I complained about the misinformation. The owner / manager is non responsive. Tried to move our dates to available dates 3 days earlier no response for 2 days. Answer… no you’ll lose your 3 days payment. Hardly anyone at reception, have to WhatsApp if you need anything. The room is design over function. Glass bathroom wall and door that’s dangerous and gets in the way. Huge hanging light that takes up too much space. Construction next door! Pool is freezing cold! We wasted so much time of our stay walking to where people are! Worst experience!

A challenge to get in contact with front desk staff. There was never anyone there but a note was left for a contact via what’s app but never got an answer. Other than this issue, the stay was great

We love Ampelos Cas’art!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was close to the beach(12min walk) and about 15 min walk to the old town! It was clean and nice and the staff was so polite and lovely! We would love to come back and stay!

Fint hotell

The property and accommodation were excellent but without a doubt the biggest asset was the open and easy communication with reception staff member Georgina.

We had booked a sister hotel, but the directions provided where incorrect. Locals guided us to the sister hotel, and staff where good enough to make some changes and accomodate us in the sister hotel as it was much closer to where we thought we had booked. It all worked out in the long run and the hotel was great.
