“At first, there is no reception. While contacting them on the phone, they informed us that they do not find our booking. Then, they reached out via the Expedia chat to inform us that we were relocated to Palma Village Hotel with breakfast which was not good, far from the beach (which was important for us) and we had to go there by our own means. The location is perfect—within easy walking distance of the town, restaurants, and everything you might need. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free.
