When we checked in there was no one at the desk we had to call the hotel to let them know we were at the front desk. The clerk came from the office which was right behind the front desk, but the office window blind was shut, if the blind was open she would have saw us right away. There was no vending machine to get water or ice or any drinks of any kind. The pool area closed which was fine but the whole area was full of boxes and looked like a messy storage area. The hot tub had a patio table in it. Was clean, breakfast was passable, but no juice was available. Only coffee and tea.

I killed 5 flys during my 3 day stay. Shower head was broken and had low pressure. Toilet said sanitized when clearly some spots were missed under the seat. Seat was loose and slid around. Staff was friendly, good restaurant attatched.

Room average clean. Staff able to accomodate us the king bed we wanted. Since we are couple, staff showed us how the room look like. Breakfast not good enough and we are expecting more cook food like boil eggs, scramble egg etc. The hotel not lock at the front door and any entrance or exit doors for 24 hrs seems unsafe during night time and no keys for entering the building during the night and only your hotel room door has the key card. Hotel need an updates of their security measures.

Stayed here while visiting family. Property is older, but it was been nicely refreshed. Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant worker checked us in as the manager was not around to do so. Had to wait around for them to arrive so they could take our card for the room. I found it odd they process payment right when you check in and not when you check out, but I guess that's what they do. Breakfast room was clean, but not a lot of variety in selections; very basic but was fine for us. Would stay here again if we had to.

No staff at night. No security. Doors were left unlocked. A homeless guy slept on the front entrance couch 2 nights we were there and helped himself to breakfast. Staff were told nothing was done about it. It’s a health and safety concern for fire and security. Will never stay there again.

The only thing that was obviously working was a printer to make signs that something was "Not Working"...e.g. Washer & Dryer from arrival to departure; ...coffee machine second day; no ice machine anywhere; first day waffle iron was so sticky even using the pre-spray you could not extract the waffle, second day another "Not working" sign on the waffle maker...absence of staff at front desk often; beds and rooms were fine.
