Major issue was communication. Apparently the contact number we were provided with was not working so issues that arose in relation to our stay could not be dealt with in a timely fashion.

The studio we stayed in was clean and well facilitate, The view was amazing, we needed to get away from our busy life in Melbourne and relax and Vivere retreat offered just that. We also go to visit Noojee Trestle Bridge which is a 20 minuet drive. Overall this retreat is well worth a visit.

We stayed in the studio which was a little self contained bedsit with a generous verandah overlooking spectacular rolling hills.

Loved the feel of this stay was enjoyable and owner was lovely, only annoying this was being charged extra for second bedroom when I booked for both rooms - last minute advertising incorrectly

A beautiful property, with amazing views, & lots of bird life, would love to stay here again. The studio has everything you could want, & our wonderful host had the heating on for our arrival.

Lovely and cute... Nice getaway for our little family and there were even toys for my three year old to play with and entertain him all night. He loved it and he loved the big spa bath also. We relaxed in front of the fire with a cheese platter and freshly cooked chocolate & raspberry muffins made from our lovely host Ange. Thank very much.

Absolutely lovely! Ange was so welcoming and even baked some tasty fresh muffins for us. The views, the cottage, the supplied breakfast basket, were all wonderful. Will certainly be back.

We had a great stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. Our host was very helpful and friendly and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. The room was warm and cosy upon arrival and we really enjoyed our stay. We even got to meet one of the cats which was so friendly and he literally raced across the yard to greet us. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back to stay for multiple nights.

our stay was very good , lovely breakfast left out for us along with home made museli and some delicious muffins , linen all lovely and clean as were all the facilities , only problem we had was with heating the main area , conara was not sending out enough heat and split system was far to high up on the wall , all the heat from split system was heating up loft beautifully but we couldn,t get any heat from it into main living area , otherwise everything else was excellent.

Thank you for your review Marilyn. I have advised our wood supplier that the current load was not up to scratch. This makes a huge difference to the warmth from the fire so I am hand picking the better wood for my guests. I will also add to my meet and greet a run through of the best setting on split system. I will certainly keep an eye on this as no-one wants to be cold so thanks for letting me know.

Cosy weekend away
Hostess Ange was delightful - really accommodating and friendly and ensured we were comfortable from beginning to end. The cottage is delightful and we enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and fireplace for a cozy, decadent weekend away. The layout of the property is great - we could keep it all heated easily, and backyard views were a real delight! Would happily stay here again!

Beautiful views.
We really enjoyed our stay at Vivere Retreat. It is well located on the main road and 15 minutes from the highway. Friendly, welcoming hosts. Breakfast in fridge ready for us to cook at our leisure. Beautiful setting. Comfortable cottage. Would stay again.

A modern relaxing retreat with sensational views
Vivere retreat is a lovely relaxing stay with spectacular views and plenty to do in the local area. The retreat came with freshly baked muffins, bread, milk, coffee and much more to make the stay most comfortable. The retreat itself was beautifully modern and decor was fresh and clean. We were lucky enough to witness two great sunsets directly east from the verandah and large windows. A great relaxing stay away from home.

Lovely country get away with gorgeous views.
Angela, our host was very accommodating and friendly. Our country get away was very relaxing and had all amenities you could want.The nearest town was neerim sth, which was a lovely country feel and had all the shops necessary, if you forgot anything from home.I certainly will come back again and perhaps stay a little longer.

Great place to stay a night or 2 - very enjoyable
Great views over the hills, friendly owner, and overall just a really nice place to stay. We were in the Perat Tree Cottage which was perfect for a couple, we had undercover parking (must take the bike next time) breakfast to cook was generous and nice fresh eggs, and we highly recommend as a great place to chillax.

Beautiful views
When we first arrived we were in awe of the views. The room was spacious and very clean. We hadn't realised we only booked room only and had no breakfast so the owner provided us with fresh produce from the area so we could cook. Would highly recommend and will definately be staying again.

Beautiful location
Amazing view over the rolling hills, Great location, close to shops. Its get a bit of traffic noise but overall great place away from the craziness of CBD.

Beautiful cottage, cozy and comfortable
We only stayed one night but it was lovely. We were greeted by the owner who made sure the unit was warm and a fire was going in the wood fire heater and that we were comfortable. The facilities are great, there is a well equiped small kitchen, cozy loungeroom and bathroom with a spabath. The view from the bedroom is awesome. I'd love to go back and spend more time in this cottage.

What a beautiful place to stay in the foothills of surrounding mountains, this accommodation providing comfort and warmth for our overnight stay. The baked cake that we received upon arrival and the log fire setting really made this stay extra special! We would definitely love to stay here again!
