“Great stay”

“Clean, new(ish). Pool wasn't open when we checked in but the exercise room was clean, well-stocked and easy to use (24 hrs/day). Two nits to pick -- the mattresses were rather hard. And there were no bedside lamps -- only an overhead lamp in between the two beds for which the switch was on the wall requiring you to get out of bed to turn off the light. Otherwise, it was great. Would stay there again.”

“Lady at front desk was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Amenities were as expected. We didnt use the pool or hot tub but they very well kept. Hot breakfast that had something for everone .”

“Over all our stay was comfortable enjoyable. We had an incident where we left some snacks in the room The maid’s came and cleaned it we got back and our bag of snacks were gone. Reported it the clerk said he would check into it gave us a little bit of a discount so that was helpful.”

“First, the customer service was top notch. Friendly and efficient check in. Second, two hour after checking out and several miles away from the hotel, I got a call that my wedding ring had been left behind. The honesty and helpfulness of the staff was so appreciated ! Now, the beds are quite firm and not the most comfortable, and the walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything. The property was clean and space was roomy.”

“I think the t.v.s' should be bigger. Instructions on how to work tv. Also sturdier cups for hot drinks ( my mom is 82, hard to hold without squeezing, could lead to burns) Room 199, the TV was on the corner wall of the bathroom, hard for the person in far bed to watch. Room 182, no phone, and again larger tvs. More outlets in the room”

“Really needs an upgrade! Staffwas great! Also we brought our dog & asked for a room near an exit door to take her out. Our room was right next to the exit & when you went out the door there was no grass to be found & it emphasized how run down the hotel is. If it was upgraded, we’d plan on staying more, great location, walking to downtown area is awesome.”
