Stayed here overnight on a road trip, so I unfortunately lost the time to get to know Neiva. The hotel is located right in the centro and seems to be surrounded by many points of interest and restaurants. I arrived late, around 9 PM and the entrance was secure, the desk attendant was attentive and followed great safety protocols and was helpful. Good experience even for a limited stay. The bed/room was quite comfortable, too.

Pay attention

If you get a room facing the street - don’t expect to sleep - I thought I had the windows open - I didn’t. This is the first area of Colombia I didn’t feel safe in - day but especially night. As other reviews have said - there is little to eat close to the hotel. The water is cold in the morning and luke warm in the evening. I rarely say this but I definitely wouldn’t come back here

The best thing about this property were the staff super polite froendly, and helpful the property itself is a little tired, there was no option for hot water as its been our of service for sometime. The parking is about 300m distance from the hotel? Very difficult even to drop and bags off. The main street outside the hotel was very dirty. It did not look like a place you should fo out at night. I dont think i would stay here again.

Opción decente para pernoctar en centro de Neiva

En general aceptable. Habitación cómoda y servicio aceptable. Desayuno completo y agradable. Lo único es que el parqueadero está a 1 cuadra del hotel y cuando llegamos no había espacio. Tocó esperar hasta que saliera un vehículo para poder estacionar.
