낯선 곳에서 친근함을 찾으신다면,
아주좋아요^^ 한국분이면 여기좋습니다. 주인분은 아주 친절하시구요. 약간의 비용을 주면 빨래하기도 좋고, 음식 해먹기도 좋고, 넬슨 주변의 숨은 볼 곳도 찬찬히 알려주시내여. 책에 없는 정보도 많이 주시네요^^

Clean and comfortable accomodation with friendly hosts delivering great service. Easy to catch a bus from the airport dor $3 and takes about 5 mins to ge there....you could even walk.

Nice warm welcoming at reception, nice clean room and the servicing of the room was spot on. The pool was kept nice and clean. Area is also nice and quiet. Tight parking, but well organised. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here

We stayed 3 nights, Room was serviced every day. Very comfortable unit with everything we needed. Motel is in a nice area and very handy to everything including the airport. On a lighter note, if the motel manager recommends the local Indian restaurant to his guests, he should ensure there is extra toilet paper in the room, especially if you have the hot Lamb Madras. The food was absolutely delicious. Overall, our stay in Nelson was fabulous and we highly recommend The Arcadia Motel.

A neat and tidy venue close to a great variety of locations. We enjoyed the stay as we passed through Nelson.

Unfortunately a bunch of people outside drinking, swearing etc. when I arrived was not a great impression. Noisy neighbors. I am assuming the facility is used for emergency housing which wo0uld have been nice to know.

Hi Stanley, After all the super reviews we have received from our valued guests it feels strange having a bad one. Your assumption is very much incorrect, we are not used for emergency housing. I believe the disturbance was from the house next door. Sorry it disturbed your stay.

Quiet comfortable 2 bed unit with covered parking, spacious modern bathroom & pool. Great for families. Close to Tahunanui Beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Solar panels on the roof of the motel.

Great location. Short walk to the beach and very easy to get in amongst it in tahuna. Motel was in very good condition with everything as you should expect.....good heating/air con.

Full kitchen facilities. Quiet location (the planes passing overhead did not bother us). Great location close to beach and the route to Nelson CBD.

A convenient property
A nice property convenient to the Nelson Airport, but this can be somewhat of a disadvantage depending upon the flight paths for take off and landing (can be very noisy). The property has a nice swimming pool and barbeque facility.. The beach is also quite close.

The bed was terrible. Straight to the springs. Otherwise a good motel but definitely time to replace the bed!!
