The place is out of this world. What you see in the website is what you get on arrival. It is the best place I have ever been to. The staff was welcoming on arrival, the manager welcomed me personally. I recommend it to anyone. The comfort of the bed is superb. Wooow what an excellent experience. I will definitely return for a holiday. Thank you for your hospitality

Felt like Italy

Loved the place. It felt like we were in Italy. The restaurant for dinner is however extremely expensive. But we really enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful hotel

The spa room needs upgrades. Carpet is not clean and needs deep hooving. Bath tub is so tiny. Overall the place is beautiful with its landscaping

Had no coffee in my room and reception not after hour staff or manager was available to arrange. The gym was so dirty that you didn’t want to use equipment, dust, spider webs etc. Treadmill doesn’t work either. Room was nice.

Estadia incrivel. O hotel é lindo, quarto espaçoso, cama comfortable, silencioso para dormir. O café da manha e os pratos Sao maravilhosos. Possui uma piscina padrao e uma aquecida (sem cobertura) que Sao bem aconchegantes. Todos os funcionarios foram extremamente simpaticos e educados.

The staff were exceptional. The hotel is a little difficult to find but worth the effort. The gardens , pool area and choice of eating locations provide a relaxing feeling. The constant 'music' spoiled the atmosphere slightly.

Disappointing experience

The experience wasnt so good, on arrival no one was at the reception. The first room that I was given, the WC was dirty and stink with water on the floor. I had to ask for other room which was given. But this is concerning special on this COVID period. If they dont make sure the rooms are clean and safe for covid, this will affect customers experience. PS: This was not the first time I stay at this hotel, the other times the experience was good.

I would hire this staff member if he was available

I did not get the name of the poor bloke that helped with the check in ............. and he was the waiter too ...............and he he was also the barman ........... and he brought me a packed lucnch to my room as I was leaving very early the next morning .... But well done, you are a star.

Second time I’ve stayed at La Villa Vita. Despite Covid restrictions, the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly in the hot humid conditions that are common in this part of the world. Perhaps the only small criticism I have is that there was no desk in the room. The wifi worked great though. The breakfast (free on my booking) was very good.

Séjour de 2 nuits avant un vol long courrier. Hôtel très agréable, les chambres sont propres et bien décorées. Nous avions une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent, les repas à la carte également. Nous avons passé un séjour très relaxant. Je recommande cet hôtel !

I didn’t like the fact that there was no electricity at night even at 5 am when getting ready we showered in the dark. I paid via PayPal and was called back to the villa from Kruger National park because the receptionist was saying we didn’t pay. The employees seemed inexperienced and were not really there to please the guest. I had asked for a partial refund since I had to leave Kruger National Park Sunday to go to the front desk. I was there for 3 hrs before I got cleared which was strange because Anastasia an Indian manager knew I had paid via PayPal. The whole thing was a joke. The owner said he was going to refund our stay. I messaged him but never heard from him. The resort is nice but employees need to do better customers service wise. I wasted our day Sunday because I had to go back to prove that I had paid already

I have rarely been to a hotel where I was made to feel more welcomed and more pampered. The staff are super kind and so willing to please and help with any situation. Rooms amazing and atmosphere so loving and peaceful. I would highly recommend it.
