"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a great variety of options. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from both at the resort and nearby, making it easy to find something different each day. The pools were fantastic and a highlight of our stay. The only downside was that beach access could have been easier, and the beach lounge area felt a bit small, making it harder to relax and enjoy the beachfront. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again."

"Room we stayed in was dated. Old furniture and doors. Immediately outside our patio were cabana chairs guests could rent. Staff at on-site bar were nice. Lots of kids in the garden pool. Small hot tubs. This property is further north. A benefit less crowded than properties near the outdoor malls."

"An hour extra time for late check-out would have cost $250. It soured our departure. Last time that I was in Hawaii, at another resort, we were greeted with tropical drinks and lei. It was a nice touch. The Westin resort did not do that. It's the little things folks, step up your game please."
