Great Family Stay in Ka'anapali! Our family had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Vacation Club, enjoying a beautiful panaromic ocean view from a remarkably clean and well-maintained room. The staff was warm and attentive, the pool area was fantastic for relaxing, and the resort felt very safe. Plus, having great dining options just steps away made our Maui trip completely stress-free!

The property was beautiful! The pool was amazing, we spent hours swimming and hanging outside. The staff were so nice and helpful. The beach is very accessible. We had 4 people and the room was so spacious. Having the kitchenette was very nice. Also the use of laundry was great. I would 1000 % stay here again!!!

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. It has a bit of a 60’s madmen feel- in the best way. My only complaint is that we wanted to surf and it wasn’t really a great location for that so we ended up at whaler’s village to surf, which was fine, just not quite as easy as right in front of our own hotel.

This hotel was perfect for my family. We enjoyed that the beach was literally right next to the pool. Made it so easy to go the beach and than relax in the pool. Hotel overall is great , the rooms are spacious, I love how there is a living room area where my 1 year old was able to play and separate from the the beds it’s self. I highly recommend this hotel

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All requests were addressed immediately, with fulfillment in the time it took to get up to our room. The pools were clean and the jacuzzis were actually properly heated. I have had many stays elsewhere that had jacuzzi water temperatures in the 80s. The large jacuzzi was adults only...yes! The location was very convenient, with shops and groceries right across the street. The suite was roomy and well equipped. Parking was free and all underground.

Property is lovely. Rooms are large but poorly planned space..bathrooms very large with lots of waste space in the middle…the kitchen could sure use some extra space and is poorly equipped..no stove top or oven. No cabinets to store any food purchases. Wrong sized appliances in our 1 bedroom..a giant electric fry pan, one giant mixing bowl, no serving bowls or platters. Staff is friendly and very helpful. No restaurant on site but has a snack bar. Would be very helpful to have a cart or two in the parking garage for grocery and other purchases.

Our room was very spacious. Whenever we needed something they brought it to our room within 10 mins. The balcony has charis and a lounger for you to relax and enjoy the views. Pool was super big and never crowded. The beach right infront was not calm but still swimable. You could walk to the beach infront of Duke's they have a shortcut. Also the parking was free which will save you a lot of money.
