“I specifically chose a property with AC. It was very hot and there was no AC. After I complain, they said they would turn it on but they didn’t. It has to be turned on by the manager for the whole hotel. I am sure I am not the one that was burning up. They gave me a fan.”

“The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. The breakfast however was quite disappointing (in comparison to the calibre of our evening meals). Nothing wrong - just basic. Beautiful pool to have a lounge around with service to order drinks.

“This hotel is amazing! The staff are absolutely excellent, very kind and the attention to detail is 5 star! The hotel is very conveniently situated and quiet. It has peaceful garden areas and the breakfast is served on a pretty terrace. Breakfast is cooked to your personal preferences. The room was spacious and luxurious. Thank you for an amazing stay, I hope we will come back one day.”
