We stayed in 301 - the lovely suite at the top. It was a huge suite with brilliant air conditioning. The only problem we had was the lack of equipment in the kitchen (which was the main reason we'd booked a suite with a kitchen). For example there was no tea towel or kitchen roll (which we had to buy), and the absolute minimum in terms of crockery, cutlery etc.
Staff overall were friendly and helpful, although nobody actively asked us if everything was OK, or if we were enjoying our stay, and when we left we weren't asked if we'd enjoyed it.
The outdoor space was very nice, but we'd caution anyone else booking this room that when using the outdoor space, you can hear *everything* from the bar/outdoor area immediately above (music, crowds etc).
Cleaning was impeccable with nice towels etc.
We loved being able to walk to everything. We had a hire car which we left at "Parking Publico" which is free, or a €1 donation each day. The walk from the car was a pleasant 10 minutes and let us get our shopping at the Mercadona and the bakeries on the way to the hotel.
There was building work going on in the roads nearby, however it didn't bother us, and was quiet after 5pm.
