"Rooms are quite dated. The mattress was super uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on a concrete slab with a pad on top. Air conditioning barely worked in our room as well. Avoid unless you are looking for a budget experience."

"we stayed for 3! nights - our phone didn't work- we asked for it to be fixed every day- It was the only way to reach the front desk. There were dust bunnies under the bathroom sink. There was no hot water in the shower.Also the elevator was held on the ground floor by the cleaning people filled up with laundry and cleaning supplies, so my 79 year old husband had to drag our heavy suitcase down a dangerous winding staircase "

Called number for hotel 5 times and only received voice recording. Insterad of sleeping in my rental car, I had to go find another hotel. French arrogance at its worst. Stay away"

"Not sure how this is considered a 4 star property because it is basically a motel. There was effort to present a clean room but unfortunately there was a bug in my bed. Unexceptionable and I’m horrified that more have entered my belongings. Desk agent was pleasant with his response, but not surprised when I reported it. "
