Nicht zu empfehlen, KEIN "Exclusive Sweet Home"

Es kam uns ein unangenehmer und schimmeliger Geruch im Zimmer entgegen, insbesondere im Badezimmer, ein toter Käfer lag bei Betreten des Badezimmers im Bidet, die Fugen der Dusche waren stark verschimmelt, ebenso wie das Innere der Klimaanlage, was bei Einschalten der Anlage zu einem äußerst unangenehmen Geruch im Zimmer führte, die Deckenleuchte hing herunter, die Nachttischlampe war aus der Verankerung gerissen. Auf Nachfrage, ob man wenigstens die Dusche reinigen könnte, reagierte die Besitzerin äußerst unfreundlich und damit nicht genug, wurden wir kurz darauf vom Besitzer beschuldigt die Schäden im Zimmer selbst verursacht zu haben und sofort drohte er uns damit, die Polizei zu verständigen und uns des Hotels zu verweisen. Alles in allem definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

The not exclusive, sweet home exclusive b&b

Noise from drinks machine, like fog horn at night , no water to wash or flush toilet in early hours , light on balcony goes off after2 minutes off sitting outside ,no staff when checking in also no staff on in the day time ,would never go back to stay .

A little hidden gem, in delightful Italian beach t

Enjoyed a 4 day beach break after hectic Rome visit this was perfect to wind down before visiting Florence. Owner made us very welcome and produced wonderful breakfast buffet every morning. We would stay again

Splendido bed and breakfast in un posto speciale

Lucia e Rodolfo i proprietari disponibilissimi sin dal primo contatto telefonico per il check in, ci hanno accolto facendoci sentire a nostro agio in un bed and breakfast spettacolare. Oltre alla posizione assolutamente strategica e centrale con vista mare, il b&b è nuovissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Lo stile moderno e contemporaneamente caldo, gli spazi della reception e della stanza ampi e confortevoli. Pulizia impeccabile, letto comodissimo e atmosfera accogliente nei minimi dettagli: basti pensare che accendendo la TV (rigorosamente nuova e a schermo piatto) viene fuori la scritta WELCOME :-) La climatizzazione della stanza ci ha fatto setire al calduccio anche se era il 22 Dicembre: potete immaginare che vuol dire svegliarsi cin il mare davanti e al calduccio di un letto comodo. Comodità del bagno e soprattutto della doccia 10 e lode. Abbiamo visto inoltre come si amplierà il b&b....l'area benessere renderà il posto ancor più speciale e sarà un motivo in più per tornarci. Area colazioni fantastica...e non vediamo l'ora di far colazione con il sole primaverile o estivo...magari con una centrifuga e con una fantastica torta di Lucia dopo un bell'idromassaggio ;-) Abbiamo una casetta sul mare a Nettuno...torneremo!
