"The staff is super friendly, check in is easy and quick and all areas of the hotel are cosy, comfy and clean. We had a great stay. There is a indoor playground near by. There is a supermarket complex right down the street, which is awesome since you have a fully functional kitchen in your room. Great times!"

"Maintenance man entered my room 3 TIMES and i was NAKED EACH TIME, IN BED!!! I was solo with my 6 year old daughter. He kept entering. Only spoke german. There is NO ONE AT THE APT. "I tried to order room service, but the kitchen did not have pizza dough ready at 5 pm, and was told it wouldn't be able to get my order until 7 pm. Also the snack shop had very limited items and a lot of the drinks were not stocked. Reception personell was friendly and efficient and had a room ready for me before the 4 pm check-in time."
