"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, we specifically booked an accommodation with a terrace, but were given a room with no terrace at all. This was misleading and not what we paid for.

Estuvimos alojados 4 amigos en la habitación 7. Tiene 3 camas en la planta de arriba (dúplex) en una zona abuhardillada. 2 de esas camas, están pegadas a la pared, y era incómodo por la noche porque si te levantabas te golpeabas la cabeza si no recordabas la posición, y además no podías aprovechar todo el ancho de la cama porque en la zona de contacto con la pared el techo es tan bajo que una persona normal no "cabía" cómodamente. There’s only 1 small garbage can in the toilet, I wish there was another in main room .
