โI loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again. โ
โIt wad very comfortable to stay for two nights. Hotel condition was also perfect, and the staff's service also good. However, there is not many restaurant nearby the hotel...Except for that, I want to visit this hotel later..really..thank you!!โ

โEvery experience here was true to the original concept of hotel. Healing. Comfort. Clean. Professional. Loved all design details of the hotel. Also lovely and quiet breakfast restaurant (smart design separating buffet area n tables). Above all, STAFFS are very friendly and professional. They nail good impression of not only the hotel but also the city and France! :)
