"Rooms are clean but no AC, it was so hot I couldn't stay with my kids. We have to move out within 2 to 3 hrs.
Management will have to do something about it. During the summer, provide AC to make guests comfortable."

"Car park slots are made for motorbikes. I am not joking and my car is not 4 wheel drive. You have to take all out of the car and push it back in between the two cars from outside as you want be able to open the door if you drive in. After trying all options the receptionist came out and explain that there are more parking places at the back of hotel. Should know this earlier but at least it saved me from further frustrations. The room is the smallest one I have seen in my life and not much...
