“The hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was incredible and it’s one of the few boutique hotels with a roof top pool! Very luxurious hotel in the centre of Neve Tzedek.”

“Clean but basic. Shampoo and shower gel in my room were both completely empty, and no glass in the bathroom for water. Breakfast was fine although omelettes were available but this was not actually advertised anywhere so I only found out when it was too late. And the coffee machine was broken. Great location but overpriced for what it is.”

“The Ruby was a perfect place for our team and tour. Was a great location for restaurants! Felt like our team was staying in a big house together. Beautifully updated and decorated. Thank you, Ruby! We’d do it again.”

“Great, fun neighborhood.”

“What a beautiful hidden gem! I used to live in this neighborhood, never knew it was there. The moment you step in - you are impressed with the design, smell, many details...it is obvious that they spend much thought on everything. The bed and shower and towels were excellent! very pampering. Although it's really small and no staff is there, you can chat with them and they answer super quickly and efficiently. KOL HAKAVOD! ”

“Overall this hotel is a nice boutique hotel with professional staff but the room i stayed did have a non working temp controller. Even if i cooled it down no heat came out at all.”

“The property is surrounded by building sites the staff are friendly but not always present the classic room which we stayed in first was very small but practical however we were woken up by the sound of builders at 7 am. The noise will be continuous for at least 2 years.”

“This is the best hotel in Tel Aviv . It’s my 3rd time staying in the past 14 months. Location is the best ! Staff is the most helpful and friendly. Liat the manager was super nice. The rooms are extremely clean and we love staying at 502 or 503 with the balcony . I highly highly recommend.”

“Lovely hotel. Staff were really nice from manager to the cleaning staff. Perfect position for all amenities. Just a great hotel. Will definitely be booking again”

“Top notch facility and staff, great location.”
