Staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Location is very convenient, right next to Uchisar Castle and walking distance to Pigeon Valley. Ceilings in cave rooms are a little low and take a bit of adapting. Staff helped to call taxis and arrange tour. Staff member 王勇 was very helpful. Thank you again to all the staff at Caldera Hotel.

It a small boutique hotel with a great view of the uchisar castle. The breakfast spread was generous and immaculate, I especially enjoyed the rose and pistachio jam. I wish the rooftop was open for us to enjoy some drinks. We got the panoramic suite and it was totally worth it for the view.

We do enjoy our staying at Caldera Hotel very much. Opening the door in the morning, we can see the valley scene and the castle, though it is a pity to miss the view of flying hot air balloon as we get up too late. The delicious breakfast is a bonus actually, it is above beyond our expectation. We had a pleasant talk with the young receptionist who is still studying in the University and speaks Chinese and English very well. We will come back again one day.

Best views, great service, close to everything.

The online photos of the room we booked didn’t do it justice. Everything was perfect, very comfortable, cozy & quiet. The bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was clean & modern, however if you are taller than 160cm/5’4” remember to duck as you go through the bathroom door as it is quite low & my 170cm husband scraped the top of his head a couple of times. We enjoyed the seating area & table just outside the room, watching the hot air balloons early in the morning & everywhere a glow at sunset. In the morning & evening all the swallows & swifts put on an aerial display for us to enjoy, as they darted between the sparrows & pigeons. The breakfast room looks over the same area too, it has huge picture windows so you can see over the whole valley whilst having breakfast. Senza Restaurant was very good too, the waiters were very attentive & the food was delicious. The hotel doesn’t have parking, but there are 2 car parks a short walk away. The laundry service the hotel uses also accepts hotel clients’ washing in the morning & charge per washing machine load & return your clean clothes the next day. If you need a same day service, we found a full laundry service in Goreme called Maccan Laundry, we took a bag full of washing at 10am & it was ready for 5pm.

Amazing views, breakfast and cave rooms!

We loved it so much, that we decided to extend our stay, because of that we got a chance to test 3 different rooms, and all of them were marvellous and unique. Our personal favourite is the cave room with the horse relief (Junior cave suite). Because it is in the cave, it's very dark and absolutely quiet in there, amazing for sleeping. Every room is beautifully designed and cosy, the bathrooms are great, and the tea station was of use :)) Ah, and the beds are so comfortable! (Except there's one in the small cave room that needs changing!) I also want to thank the girl who takes care of the rooms, she was always so nice and attentive, and the rooms were always neat, with the amazing smell of oranges. Needless to say, the view from the hotel is amazing, and you can even watch balloons from the terrace, or if you walk 1 minute up to the castle you will see an even more advantageous view of the valleys and the balloons. The breakfast was extraordinary as well, everything was both beautiful and delicious. I know it's in the tradition for the Turkish breakfast to have tons of food on the table, but as a guest, I would recommend putting all dips in a smaller amount (without cutting the variety of choice), just because it was such a pity seeing part of them go to waste because it's just impossible to eat everything :)) The internet was fast enough for my work, for some reason it nearly didn't work in the other part of the hotel, but the restaurant wifi worked fine there :)

年末に2泊滞在しました。 スタッフさんは皆さん気さくな方で、困った事や早朝のチェックアウトなどにもすぐに対応していただけて、とても助かりました。 カッパドキアは雪が降っていてかなり寒かったのですが、部屋の中は暖かくて薄着でも大丈夫でした。 部屋もベッドも綺麗に清掃されており、水回り（シャワー、トイレ等）もトラブルなく使えました。 飲料水はボトル2本置かれていたので、買い忘れた際に助かりました。 壁や棚には工芸品などが飾られていたりして、トルコらしい雰囲気の内装も素敵でした（荷物を移動させる時などは、当たらないように少し注意した方がいいかもです）。 朝食は種類もボリュームも満点で、景色を見ながらゆっくりいただけました。 チャイをお願いしたらポットでたっぷり貰えて、寒い日だったこともあり有り難かったです。 近場での食事については、ホテルにもレストラン・カフェが併設されてますし、近くにお土産屋やカフェも点在しているので飲み物や軽食が購入できます。 ギョレメ行きのバス停までは徒歩10分ほどの距離でした。 何よりホテルの中庭から見える風景がとても素敵でした。 すぐ隣にはウチヒサル城もあり、夜のライトアップを好きなだけ見ることができて、最高のロケーションでした。 暖かい時期であれば、テラス付きのお部屋に滞在するのも良さそうです。 カッパドキア独特の風景に囲まれて、ゆっくり過ごしたい方には特におすすめです。 とても良いホテルでした。 I stayed at this hotel during the snowy season, and the room was warm and very comfortable. The room was clean, and the bathroom facilities worked without any issues. Furthermore, the breakfast was substantial, and I could enjoy it leisurely in the cafe with its great view. The view from the hotel was stunning, especially from Uchisar. I hope to visit again during balloon season. And the staff were very kind and friendly. When a small accident happened during my stay, they handled it with understanding and calmness. I felt very comfortable and safe staying here. Thank you very much.

Relax e vista meravigliosa a 10 minuti da Goreme

Hire molto bello, con stanze scavate nel tufo che affacciano direttamente sull’incredibile vallata di Uchisar con i camini delle fate. Colazione incredibilmente vasta, personale gentile, il ristorante ha un’ottima cucina. Uchisar è una valida alternativa più tranquilla rispetto alla più caotica Goreme.

Odalar geniş. Manzarası da güzel. Genel olarak iyiydi. Rahatsız olduğumuz 2 konu vardı. 1.si odalara çok fazla oda parfümü sıkılmış oluyor ve alerjik yapıdaki insanlar için çok rahatsız edici bir durum nefes almamı zorlaştırdı. 2.si kahvaltısı hiç iyi değil. Çeşit olarak güzel gibi dursa da hiç hijyenik değil. Ürünler temiz ve taze değildi, hatta bu nedenle sağlığımız olumsuz etkilendi. Otelden çıktığımız için de bu konuyu bildirememiştik.

Harika oda manzara kahvaltı :)

Otele girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar herşey harikaydı. Odaların, manzara,balonları izlemek çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar Güler yüzlü. Manzaraya karşı kahvaltı yapmak hiç bu kadar güzel olmamıştı. Kahvaltısı için bile konaklama yapılacak biryer :) Herkes gitmeli görmeli kalmalı :)
