The room and all the hotel was clean and tidy. We were welcomed with tea and coffee by friendly man at reception. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were so nice and friendly. Our room was made up each day, clean towels, bins emptied and everything thing replenished. We rented a car and had parking just outside the hotel. We had a very happy stay here and would totally recommend to other traveler's.

I loved the experience, the facilities are very nice, it is strategically located, the people are very helpful and the breakfast is very rich and with a nice view, it has a terrace and in the mornings you can appreciate how the balloons fly.

Great stay!

It was a great stay! Big room and super friendly staff. Breakfast was great everyday! The only negative thing I got is the bed is not comfortable to my liking. Other than that is all good!

Fantastic!

What an excellent hotel. The family ‘cave’ room was exceptional - had great facilities and was extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic and was a highlight of our stay. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. If you are looking to stay in this area then you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here.

Excellent hotel experience

Hotel was walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Room was very clean and as i expected from pictures and room description. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing with great views. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

This place is amazing. The rooms are new and well equipped. The hotel staff was very supporting and accomodating. They assisted us with tour reservations and were very responsive to our messages and inquiries. The breakfast was fantastic. Thanks to all the staff of this excellent place!!

Exactly what I needed. Friendly staff and clean rooms with everything needed. Great photo op for mornings when there’s hot air balloons flying. Breakfast was a massive spread too. Would defo recommend.

Staying in this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious, clean, and cozy, even though it was a cave room. The view outside was a highlight, with or without the hot air balloons. Their breakfast spread was amazing, and we were absolutely content staying there. We wish we could've stayed longer.

Say Yes to Caverna Hotel!

Caverna Hotel made our stay in Cappadocia memorable and amazing. The hotel was absolutely lovely and the room was perfect for our sister's/girl's trip. Our room had enough space to sleep 4 adults comfortably. Not only was it a perfect hotel for our stay, Azat and his staff helped coordinate our entire stay in Cappadocia from airport transfers to air balloon ride to ensuring we experienced both the red and green tours.

Amazing cave hotel with great views

Amazing stay with the friendliest and most helpful owner/host, Azhad. It’s a new cave hotel and the location was excellent. It was less than a 10 min walk to anywhere in the town. And if you’re looking for a place with hot air balloon views, their rooftops/decks have amazing views of the sunrise and sunset rides. Tip: book your experiences with Azhad. He will get you the best deals possible.

Cappadocia Experience

My husband and I spent four nights at the beautiful Caverna Hotel. The rooms are large, the bathroom has a huge jacuzzi tub and glass enclosed shower. The entire facility is immaculate! Azat greeted us he spoke idiomatic English and having been a tour guide helped us plan our day trips. Breakfast was a Turkish feast and delicious! Azat and his brother Mirac served us and they and the lovely lady who cooked couldn’t have been more gracious. We were treated royally and couldn’t have felt more welcome! I think of them and look forward to seeing them again someday!

This place was fantastic. The hotel is very well located and at walking distance from all that one might need (restaurants, sunset view point, bus station, ATM, shops, etc.). The hotel as a great terrace with incredible views of the town and the room was fantastic and peaceful with all that you need for a comfortable stay (air con., fridge, tv, and a big and comfortable bed). The bathroom add a jacuzzi and a very spacious shower, what more can you ask for. The breakfast is exceptional with a big selection and freshly made every morning that will set you up for the day. Azad was an amazing host always friendly and ready to help whenever you need. Azad will help with booking all activities that you might want to do leaving you free to appreciate Cappadocia without any worries. Overall this was a fantastic experience, highly recommend.

With so many similar hotels around, it might be confusing to book. But this cave hotel blew my mind off. The staff is incredible. Azat was the best host you could ask for. He gave the best price for balloon ride and tour. I know for sure cos I asked other tourists I traveled with. Don’t think twice before booking with Azat. He is super transparent. Most ppl will not put any price to maximize return but Azat has everything written and v clear with expectation from get go. I say this cos during the trip you may not be sure if you are paying the right price. Coming back to the hotel, it’s super clean, has a great breakfast and you can even see the morning gallons from the terrace. Definitely coming back here.

Charming Boutique cave hotel

Excellent communication throughout my stay. Azat was always available on whatspp before and after my stay and took a lot of time to always answer quickly with long detailed answers. Once i booked my hotel everything moved fairly smoothly- he helped book a group shuttle airport transfer and arranged for balloon ride and 2 day tours. Azat and the hotel staff all went above and beyond to help assure i felt safe as a solo female traveler. The hotel itself is located at the edge of town which meant it was quiet and within minutes to the center. Breakfast was amazing and abundant! And the breakfast space provides both an enclosed glass room or outside terrace space which both provide an amazing view of Goreme. I booked a large room which was clean, spacious and well maintained, but as is common with cave hotels there can hint of dust in the air and walls. The shower and toilet worked well. The floors were heated so you always feel toasty and warm at night when the temperature drops.

Beautiful hotel, room, and people.

In a sentence, the accommodation and hospitality at Caverna Premium Caves is second to none. I have to start with Mr. Azat and his staff. From Azat, to Burak, and Miraç, as well as the lovely ladies who cooked breakfast fresh each morning, they are all just wonderful, gracious, and kind. We stayed in the Royal Suite, room 500. It’s appropriately named as we felt like king and queen. It is beyond spacious (about 3.5x the size of our room in Paris!), and the biggest plus was the private terrace reserved just for our room. The views of Goreme, and the balloons each day and night were magical. We also loved the hidden screen door which let us have some fresh air on those beautiful mornings and evenings. Ps. It has aircon as well, but we rarely needed it. The location of the hotel is great too. It’s just off the main commercial street, just far enough to be quiet and tranquil, but close bough that you can walk to the center of town in about 6 minutes. Also noteworthy that it’s a high enough elevation to get a great view, it’s not at the top of a steep hill to make the nightly return after dinner a debatable endeavor. Breakfasts are delicious, freshly made each morning by lovely ladies in the viewable kitchen. Wonderful.

Let me start by saying that our trip to Cappadocia was amazing and staying in this hotel was wonderful. The nightly price was very affordable. The day before, the owner, Azad, messaged me to welcome us and asked if we wanted to book any excursions. He gave us best prices with a reputable company. He also asked if we had any special requests, I asked him to place both booked rooms next to each other. When we arrived he showed us our rooms. Let me say the rooms were beautiful and almost brand new.. I mean newly remodeled! He showed us the top floor cave suite as well and it was gorgeous. We decided to stay in the first floor to avoid going up steps. Homemade breakfast was great as well. We did a hot air balloon ride, but from the hotel, we were able to see all the balloons flying in the sky in the morning. Beautiful view!!! I highly recommend this small boutique style hotel. We honestly felt at home. Again, thanks to Azad and his team. Highly recommend this hotel.
