Great new option in the region.

Great location in Uchisar if you're looking to avoid Goreme crowds. Would be excited to come back after the breakfast area is built. Currently sharing a very comfortable and sunny brealfast space with Hu. Update the linens and heater and it would be perfect!

Kapadokya’daki mağara otelde kaldık ancak mağara olduğu belirtilmemişti. İlk gece ısıtma defalarca söylememize rağmen çalışmadı, sabaha kadar donduk. Her yerde örümcek ağları vardı, jakuziye tavandan taşlar dökülüyordu, odalarda klima yoktu ve kahvaltı salonu buz gibiydi. Sadece ilk geceki resepsiyon hariç personel ilgiliydi.

Eşşiz bir konaklama noktası.

Gerçekten çok güzel bir konaklama noktası. Doğası, taş evde/mağara evinde konaklamanın verdiği huzur üst düzeyde. Isıtma, internet ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her olanak fazlasıyla mevcut. Ayrıca otel çalışanları çok yardımsever. Kahvaltı fazlasıyla yeterliydi ancak açık büfe değildi. Açık büfeyi önemli bir kıstas olarak değerlendirenlerin bilgisine sunarım. Karşılaştığımız tek olumsuzluk jakuzinin oda kadar temiz olmamasıydı. Doldurmak adına muslukları açtığımızda hattaki küfün bir miktar küvet içerisine dolduğuna şahit olduk. Bu durum otel tarafından düzeltilebilir görüşündeyim.

KÖTÜ BİR TECRÜBE...

İlk olarak otoparkı yok, odaya girdiğimizde çok fazla rutubet kokusu vardı. Daha önce bu sorunla ilgili bir sürü yorum yapılmasına rağmen sorunu çözmek için hiçbirşey yapılmamış ve aşırı şekilde nem kokusu vardı. Havuzlu odada nem kokusu olabilir ama havalandırma ile bu sorunu çözebilirlerdi. Ama hiçbir havalandırma yoktu. Şezlong ve minderler çok kirliydi. Otelin avlusu ve bahçesi çok bakımsızdı. Çalışanlar ile ilgili olumsuz herhangi birşey söyleyemem. Hepsi de güleryüzlüydü. Eşime dostuma asla tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir tecrübe yaşadım.

Que dire sur cet hôtel ? Il est juste parfait, du début à la fin. Le personnel est au petit soin du début à la fin, le service de ménage excellent. Un grand bravo à tous le monde. Huseyin, Eren et Mustapha, une équipe au top et toujours avec un grand sourire. Ah oui, cerise sur le gâteau, on nous surclasse par pur gentillesse et pour notre confort. Nous sommes passés d’une chambre avec jaccuzi à une suite avec piscine dans la chambre. Bref, un 5/5 !
