Kafamız rahat olsun istiyorsanız kesinlikle bu oteli tercih etmelisiniz . Kapıda karşılamaları nazik oluşları girişinden iyi olacağı belliydi zaten. Odaları gayet çok temiz . Kahvaltı özenle hazırlanmış bol çeşitliydi . Orada calisan ablalar cok ilgiliydi. Otel konumu da gayet iyi bir konumda her yere ulasim kolaylikli. Tekrar yolum duserse dusunmeden gidecegim bir otel .

Oda gayet düzenli ve temizdi. Kahvaltı standart çeşitlilik pek fazla yoktu ama zaten bir kahvaltı da en fazla neler olabilir ki? Yiyecek konusunda da gayet temizlerdi. Çalışanlar gayet samimi ve içtendi :) Manzaramız pek yoktu zaten otelin teras kısmı vardı o yüzden çokta dert etmedik. Herkes güleryüzlüydü kibar insanlardı 3 gün kaldık ve herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Teşekkür ederiz :)

Tivemos uma hospedagem maravilhosa no Rio Cappadocia Hotel. Foi muito além da nossa expectativa. O hotel é novíssimo. Com ótima infraestrutura, acabamento. Muito bem decorado e super confortável. O café da manhã é excelente! A localização do hotel é ótima. Tudo a pouquíssimos minutos do centro e principais atrações. O hotel possui um terraço maravilhoso, muito bem montado e aconchegante. Cm decoração e mobiliária típicos da região. O ambiente do hotel não pode ser melhor. Muito glamuroso e agradável. Outro ponto alto do hotel Rio é o seu staff: Fomos muitíssimos bem recebidos e tratados por um dos donos e sua irmã. Pessoas excelentes que tratam o cliente como parte de sua família, com muita empatia, respeito e carinho. Muito obrigado Nevzat e Fatma. Os colaboradores do hotel são muito bem treinados e qualificados. Experientes e educados. Sempre muito atenciosos e preocupados com seu bem estar em primeiro lugar. Odalar tertemizdi zaten hersey sifir gibi . Ama ses izolasyonu biraz kotu disarda konuşulanları yatarken dinleyebiliyorsun . Hersey sifir oldugu icin biraz sifir bina tozu vardi. Jakuzisi iyiydi temizdi ama oda icinde olmasi 3 kisilik odada o biraz sıkıntı.. kahvaltisi guzeldi cesitliydi temizdi . Cay kahve aksama kadar vardi ucretsizdi. Personelle guleryuzlu yardimseverdu

Mükemmel bir otel

Otel çok güzeldi. Yeni açıldığı için, her şey sıfırdı. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Kendi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettik. Otel yetkilisi bizimle her zaman iletişim halindeydi. Göreme ve çevre hakkında bizleri güzel bilgiler verdi. Normalde öğleden sonra 2’de giriş yapabileceğimiz otelimize, çok daha erkenden giriş yaptık. Bu konuda bizi mağdur etmedikleri için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim.
