언어소통의문제
기본적으로 위치나 상태는 괜찮았으나 호텔직원들의 영어소통능력이 부족하고 프론트에서 여행에 대한 정보나 예약서비스 제공이 너무 부족하였습니다. 따라서 호텔로부터 제공받을 수 있는 여행정보가 전혀 없었으며 제공된 정보도 엉터리여서 많이 불편하였습니다.

친절한 서비스
실수로 하루 다음날 예약을 하고 당일에 객실을 잡았는데 직원들이 친절하고 고객의 편의를 최대로 배려해 주었음. 며칠 후 이 호텔에서 비행장으로 가야 했으므로 짐 맡아 주기를 부탁했는데 흔쵀히 맡아 줌.

호텔 위치는 누메아에서 꽤 안전하고 좋은곳에 위치하였고 레스던스 호텔이라 주방용품부터 세탁까지 모든것이 갖추어져 있습니다. 전망이나 전체적인 환경도 깔끔하고 편안합니다.

거실에서 보이는 바다 풍경은 숙소의 백미였다. 구태여 베란다로 나가지 않고도, 거실, 특히 주방에서 음식을 준비하면서도, 바다풍경을 있는 그대로 볼 수 있어, 주방일이 노동이 아니라 가족들을 위한 잔치 준비의 기쁨과 중간중간 바다를 바라볼 때 시원함은 마음을 편하게 해 주는 것 같았고, 곁에서 들리는 새소리는 (특히 아침에) 어떤 클래식 음악도 부럽지 않게 편안하고, 즐거웠다. 베란다로 나가면 바다바람과 파도소리 등 바닷가 자연을 피부로 느끼며, 눈에 잡힐듯이 보이는 에메랄드 색 바다에 마음을 던져, 물고기들과 마음껏 놀고, 낮 풍경은 해상스포츠를 하는 사람들의 생기 발랄함을 느끼게 해주었다. 단 한가지 흠은 아래층에서 물이 샌다고, 부부 침실 욕실 물을 사용 못하게 하고, (원인은 다른 곳에서 찾아 해결했다고, 추후에 이야기해 주었지만)산책 후 돌아 왔을 때도 연락을 주지 않아, 고객불편을을 위한 세심한 배려가 부족한 것 같았다.

夜に賑やかなアンスバタにも、昼に賑やかなシトロン湾へもどちらもアクセスが良い中間地点です。 ホテルサービスも良いので日本人にお勧めです。 朝食は食べてもいいですが毎日には設定せず、食べたい時にルームナンバーに付けてもらうのが良いと思います。

Great hotel in a central location.
Lovely hotel. Great central location. Restaurant in the hotel as well as in the complex. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Studio room with the ocean view was perfect. Room had kitchen and laundry facilities. Wifi was included (30gb for our stay) and you could wifi call and receive texts and calls from Australia. Be warned, phone and data is very expensive in New Caledonia so this was just perfect. And a lot of the restaurants have free wifi. Highly recommend this hotel.

以前も来たことがあり、ラマダに泊まったが、バス停まで少し歩いた。その時ヒルトンの周りは飲食も買い物も全てできて海も近くバス停も近いので次はヒルトンにしようと話していた。やはり正解。海も近いし部屋には洗濯機も調理道具も一通りあったロングステイに便利。プールだけは小さくてイマイチ。

Quite a few food options nearby, pubs and clubs are a bit further north. Quite a walk to the supermarket, but a little convenience store nearby, and terrific bakery just past store. Rooms are decent size, stocked kitchen. No English TV Channels!! And they have disabled smartTV function. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast was full buffet but omelette bar or alternate egg options should be available for the price.

The hotel is well located with beautiful views out to Anse Vata beach. Three bedroom apartment is well appointed to suit a family. The staff in the reception were very helpful. There is a very nice selection of shops and restaurants below the hotel. The only drawback is that there is not a private shower adjacent to the pool area. If you have a late flight on your day of departure, there is no where to shower first. It is also a very short walk to the public bus stop and also to the gourmet patisserie around the corner on rue Anse Vata.

So much potential.
Great location, amazing views, comfortable beds, helpful staff, but the configuration of the rooms is quirky and the rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. The first night we were located in a room that stunk of cigarette smoke. They did move us to a better room for the 2nd night, but the aircon wasn’t working in this room.

Great location - close to the beach and restaurants, plus other stores. Lovely staff. The two-bedroom apartment had two bathrooms and it was very roomy. Comfy beds and couches. Well appointed - washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooktop and stove, microwave, cutlery, plates, etc. On the "not so great side" - the hotel is quite old and needs a revamp at some point. Small things such as the balcony sliding door didn't really slide (hard to close). We'd book again at Hilton if retuning to Noumea.

Good hotel in nice and convenient location in Noumea. A little run down however, they were doing some painting and renovations when we were there (so maybe will look nicer once completed). 3 bedroom apartment had a great view. All the staff were fantastic and Gunther was especially helpful and polite. Restaurant was superb even on the quiet night. Overall nice place to stay.

Noise spoilt our stay
Unfortunately the stay was not enjoyable due to major works in upgrading the lift well right outside our door - drilling and hammering & removing tiles most of the day - we chose the Hilton as we wanted to have a restful day before embarking on the next leg of our journey - we should have been told of the issue at booking in - there are 3 wings at this Hilton so am sure a quieter room would have been possible. I raised the issue with reception at 2 pm and they said they would stop at 4:30 pm !!

Great location near cafes & shops. Near buses and easy walking tracks. Staff very friendly and helpful.
