Room was immaculate, most comfy bed in a hotel setting I have had. Plenty of pillows and a five star bathroom. Housekeeping was spot on and very polite in the halls in the am times. They do a great job. Food at two of the four was good, one other very overpriced, and the last was just terrible. Hospitality was aboundant and staff eager to help in the hotel, golf course, and casino. Will return again soon!
Nice place overall but I wish the actual room would have been cleaned a little better. Not a deal breaker for returning just would have been nice. The hotel lobby and casino and restaurants are very nicely kept .
Employees were very friendly and the restrooms were very clean. The pool area was A+. The only downside was that they did not have the restaurants open, one did.not open until noon and the one that was open had 2 people working for.breakfast sandwiches. it took over 10 minutes in line to get my order.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
First off we tried to check in at 140pm and Kristina told me all the rooms dirty, booked night before. And
to come back at 3pm. Wait a minute they can clean all the rooms in 90 minutes. Anyhow went to check in and there was continuous downpour of water in lobby lobby. Staff scrambling all over. Except at front desk. Elevators down, then someone got locked in elevator. No water pressure in room when we got there. Then when it did come back every flush of the toilet lasted 2 and a half minutes. No one cared. Big Al's food was disgusting but only option in the morning. Casino closes in the morning 4-8 the day we were there. No one offered any discounts after dibacle with the water. Rooms not cleaned very well. Was told gift shop closing for good soon. Business must not be too good. Looked like place was falling apart. Casino nice and clean though. Will definitely rethink spending the night especially for what they charge and what you get.Too many options out there to make any extra effort to go here.

Room was great. Bed and pillow ls were very comfortable.
My husband and I went for a quick weekend getaway for his birthday. The casino games weren’t favorites, but that’s just my opinion. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean and staff friendly.
Loved my visit of 2 nights. The slots were paying., the rooms were great, staff very helpful, music in casino was awesome. Wish Labonne vi was open. Only big Al's was open at 8:30 pm when we wanted to eat. It was good but would have liked to try something new . Can't wait to go back.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Couch had stains on it and bathroom is ok. Shower is outdated.
Bar is very good. Staff great. Drink selections great. Center bar is our favorite. Food is very good.
