The room was nice but could use a refresh. They are in the process of refreshing rooms so ask for one. Lots of walking trails on 2000 acres. Food was fantastic at skyline. Did not eat at others. There was a food truck event on site. Great wood fired pizza truck and taco truck. Golf courses are a little worn out. Too many ball marks on green. Maintenance needed

We had a very enjoyable stay at Oglebay Resort. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, with plenty to do for families and couples alike. The atmosphere is relaxing and feels like a true getaway, especially with the scenic views and outdoor spaces. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While some areas could use minor updates, the overall experience was excellent and we would definitely return
