"This property was such a great experience. Starting at check in, the team members were very friendly and made great local suggestions on restaurants and attractions. Had no issues whatsoever the entire trip, all team members were friendly and helpful. Upon departure, the bell man, held our bags for a later flight. Highly recommend. Location also phenomenal for walking and exploring Boston. "

"We were put into a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was a mess, like someone just rolled out of it, towels on the floor, soap open on the sink, smoke detector had tape over it as if to hide smoke. The front desk lady was very nice. Worked to get us into a clean room. Second rooms faucet didn’t work. So she moved us to another area of the hotel. The third room was clean and she was very apologetic. "
