I loved this hotel! It was in the perfect location, safe area and the room was small but had everything one could ask for. I loved the unique design of the hotel and the woman at the front desk even allowed us to check in a couple hours early for no charge! Excellent service and I would definitely stay here on my next trip back to Boston!

Staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was exactly as advertised and they responded promptly to my questions when I asked. It was in a great location, lots of restaurants/shops to walk to, easily navigable to the Public Library and Boston Garden and Commons. It is also in close proximity to public transit to get downtown, to Harvard Square, and to the airport. I enjoyed the feature that requires you to swipe your room key to use the elevator.
