"The staff could have been much more welcoming and friendly. We met at least three or four housekeepers in the hallways during our stay and not one greeted us with so much as a hello or have a nice day.
The only other comment I would make is that while the showers have shampoo and conditioner dispensers, they should also have a body wash dispenser. A mini bar of Dove soap doesn’t hold the same regard."

"A large clean room with comfy bed and nice linens. Wonderful sage sented toiletries. Fridge microwave. You can open a window in the room for fresh. The room came with two bath robes to use.
The casino buffet had prime rib the night we were there. (Weekends) Buffet had good choices of high quality food. The price was $30 for the buffet. If you have a casino members card, which can be obtained free of charge at the casino. You receive a five dollar savings, bringing it down to $25.
Parking is complementary, but there is no breakfast. There is an IHOP across the parking lot. Would stay at this hotel if in the Moncton area again."

"Staff were friendly. Property was clean-ish for such a dated spot.
The plumbing in our room was incredibly loud. The toilet would make loud noises on and off all night. The shower was making some strange noises too.
They use a key fob system and it didn’t work to open the pool. You have to sign out a paper thin small towel; and then return it to the front desk. Such a strange system and not family friendly.
I tried to keep my expectations realistic, but the bathroom noises and the inconveniences with the pool system were just too much to swallow for the 220.00 a night.
I can’t say I will return. "
